MJMH IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST BAPTIST MEDICAL CENTER-ATTALA, LLC, A DISREGARDED ENTITY OF MISSISSIPPI BAPTIST HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS MONTFORT JONES MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, WITH ITS DEVELOPMENT AND SECURING OF CAPITAL.

THE FONDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSES TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND SUPPORT FOR QUALIFYING CORPORATIONS.

A Mile in My Shoes Inc. is a National Community Economic Development Organization. This organization works to achieve lasting improvements in community life that are sustained through projects that promote youth development and education, healthcare, business development, entrepreneurs; real estate development , small business development, commercial revitalization, housing development and other issues that foster economic growth and development. The youth development and education department provided academic support, career awareness training, work skills development and leadership training. The Transitional Assistance for Veterans Families program provided supportive services to prevent homelessness, and meet emergency needs of veteran families to assist them to attain self-sufficiency.
