Mississippi Delta Equitable Education Project, Inc. (MDEEP) is a nonprofit organization created to provide financial and technical support to the schools and students in cities and rural communities in the Delta region of the State of Mississippi.

A Mile in My Shoes Inc. is a National Community Economic Development Organization. This organization works to achieve lasting improvements in community life that are sustained through projects that promote youth development and education, healthcare, business development, entrepreneurs; real estate development , small business development, commercial revitalization, housing development and other issues that foster economic growth and development. The youth development and education department provided academic support, career awareness training, work skills development and leadership training. The Transitional Assistance for Veterans Families program provided supportive services to prevent homelessness, and meet emergency needs of veteran families to assist them to attain self-sufficiency.
