Grants to USA, Canada, and International K-12 schools and accredited institutions of higher education to implement a multi-channel call center platform for financial aid services. Funding is intended for cloud hosting, software licensing, support, and professional services costs associated with implementing Financial Aid Call Center solution.

The grant is recommended for institutions that wish to provide students 24×7 or after-hours high-quality Financial Aid support, ensure higher levels of student engagement, and want more students to receive the aid. This grant offers the institution a chance to financially take on implementing a financial aid support framework with a clear ROI and no hidden costs that typically prevent most solutions from being successfully implemented and maintained.

Key Components of the Grant:
- A multi-channel (phone, email, and chat) call center platform that enables the institution to track all incoming and outgoing interactions with prospective students and students.
- Financial aid resources that can handle financial requests such as information about required documents, calculating expected family contribution, and verification process.

Benefits of Financial Aid Call Center Services:
This grant will enable institutions to reduce the workload from the financial aid team and enable prospective students and students to receive financial aid support timely, reduce student wait times, eliminate call-backs and complaints, and accelerate the financial aid process at the institution. With this grant, anything simple starting with information on application process and deadlines to more complex inquiries of students such as eligibility, documentation, and verification will be addressed within seconds.
